RTI Training for Paraeducators
As RTI processes are being implemented in schools, paraeducators are playing key roles. It is imperative that districts proactively prepare paraeducators to best support students and RTI intervention team members.
Dr. Lasater has recently developed RTI and the Paraeducator's Roles: Effective Teaming that will be available in September, 2008 through National Professional Resources, Inc. She has also developed a two-day training specifically for paraeducators that utilizes the RTI guide for districts that opt to provide direct training to paraeducators.
